Konedu Home Care, LLC

 

The Konedu Home Care Agency was established on June 10, 2010, by Doussouba Kourourma and Carie Jones, Co-Owners after a 25-year friendship and a dream of having their own homemaker/companion agency.

 

With 28 years of combined experience in the health care field, Doussouba brings with her a Master’s in Health Administration and the health care services experience to serve our clients. Coupled with Carie's creativity in mastering business resources, credentialing and business strategies the company maintains a strong preferred provider in the home care industry. Presently, Konedu maintains a "family" workforce mentality of under 50 employees that serve just over 50 clients.

 

The company received the Diversity Award from The Workplace Southwestern Connecticut's Regional Workforce Development Board in June of 2015 for demonstrating a diverse workforce.  Konedu Home Care, LLC also maintains accreditation standards that assists in demonstrating value and commitment to meeting firm standards to perform quality care for our clients and employees.
