Konedu Home Care LLC Services for ABI - Acquired brain injury clients
It can happen to anyone, at anytime, at any age resulting in varying degrees of impairment and need for assistance. Our ABI staff have all been trained and certified to provide the care and assistance to facilitate the client's optimum level of enjoyment of and participation in - life. Whether a client needs one or many services Konedu can help. We offer a range of services from companionship, personal care, chores, homemaking to teaching and reinforcing independent living skills. Our staff is a preferred provider for Allied Acquired Brain Injury Services - An Integration of Community Services for DMHAS Consumers enrolled in the Acquired Brain Injury Waiver Program. ABI/RA (Recovery Assistant I)
Promote participant's strengths and abilities to maintain and foster community living skills in the participant's plan of care. Activities include improving socialization; self-advocacy; the development of natural supports; communication and coordination with service providers and others in support of the participant. Can provide ADL's and have a role cueing with support of a med box for medications.
ABI/RA (Recovery Assistant II)
Assists the individual with safety monitoring; assistance with activities of daily living (hands-on and cueing) and integration into the community. Services provided in the individual's residence or n the community. Provide health and safety monitoring.
